Pablo Beetroot Plant is an award-winning superb-quality variety that produces smooth-skinned, round roots with firm, rich flesh and dark red skin.

Pablo has an attractive rich red core and the plant can stand for a long period meaning it can grow almost all year round!

Beetroot can be eaten raw or cooked and works well in both sweet and savoury dishes.

The flavour is earthy, rich, and slightly sweet – great in salads, pasta, soup and makes a very healthy juice drink!

They can be harvested as baby beets for their succulent, sweet flavour or left to mature and stored over Winter.

Harvest between June and October
