Garlic Bulbs – Germidour – Pink is a French variety favourite that produces mild-flavoured cloves with dappled pink skin.
Germidour is a reliable, soft-neck variety that produces large, white and pink bulbs with a rich flavour.
Very easy to grow with little maintenance!

Plant the cloves out from September through to January for a harvest June to July.
A 2cm depth should be sufficient and 10-15cm apart.
If planting in rows, a space of approximately 45cm should be sufficient.
Germidour bulbs will be happy in full sun, and are tolerant to many soil types.
Once they are ready to harvest the foliage will turn a golden colour.
Carefully lift and put in a sunny, airy place to ripen.
Ruby Pak Choi Plant is a fast-growing and delicious oriental brassica used as baby leaves in salads or grown to form a larger rosette for all types of cooking and is particularly popular in Asian cuisine.
Pak choi, also known as bok choy (or Chinese cabbage) can be lightly steamed, sautéd or stir-fried so the stems retain their succulent crunch while retaining the delightful, mild flavour.
Pak Choi plants are also very healthy with a source of Vitamins A, C and K and, Calcium Magnesium, Potassium, Manganese and Iron.
