The leaves are very rich in Iron and vitamins A, C and E.
For the most intense, vibrant flavour and aroma, use it fresh!
Parsley is also well-suited for drying.
Italian Parsley is a clump-forming plant, preferring rich well-drained soil in a sunny or partially shady site.
