Mixed Beetroot Plant Selection – 12-Pack is a colourful and flavoursome mixture of Red, White, Golden and Chioggia varieties that produce beautiful pink & white rings.
They can be harvested as baby beets for their succulent, sweet flavour or left to mature and stored over Winter.
Harvest from July to October.

Plant 10cm – 4in apart in rows spaced 30cm – 12in apart.
Plant as a multi-sown plug for smaller beetroots.
Gradually thin to a single beetroot per station as roots become large enough to eat once they reach 5cm (2in) in diameter.
Leave remaining roots to get larger for harvesting later as required.
Plant into well-prepared soil in a sunny position and water well.
The smaller the roots. the sweeter the flavour!

Pablo has an attractive rich red core and the plant can stand for a long period meaning it can grow almost all year round!
Beetroot can be eaten raw or cooked and works well in both sweet and savoury dishes.
The flavour is earthy, rich, and slightly sweet – great in salads, pasta, soup and makes a very healthy juice drink!
