Salad Seeds – Leaf Amaranth Red, also known as Calaloo, Rajgira and Lal Saag, have intense green to red leaves with cherry-pink stems and has a slightly nutty flavour.
Grows well in pots, planters and borders when space in the greenhouse or veg-plot is short.
It’s very quick and easy to grow and can be eaten as a micro-green, baby leaf or left to mature.
