White Pak Choi Plant is a fast-growing and delicious oriental brassica used as baby leaves in salads or grown to form a larger rosette for all types of cooking and is particularly popular in Asian cuisine.
Pak choi, also known as bok choy (or Chinese cabbage) can be lightly steamed, sautéd or stir-fried so the stems retain their succulent crunch while retaining the delightful, mild flavour.
Pak Choi plants are also very healthy with a source of Vitamins A, C and K and, Calcium Magnesium, Potassium, Manganese and Iron.
Height and spread: 20-25cm – 8-10in.
