Curled Parsley is a clump-forming plant, preferring rich well-drained soil in a sunny or partially shady site.
It’s also perfectly suited to pots, planters and even window-boxes!
The leaves are very rich in iron and Vitamin A, C and E.
Parsley has the classic mediterranean, aromatic flavour widely used to enhance salads, soups, curries and many worldwide dishes.
For the most intense, vibrant flavour and aroma, use it fresh!
Parsley is also well-suited for drying.
