Perfect for roasting, pickling and slicing for salads, the baby leaves can also be eaten throughout the season in salads.

Aubergine Long Purple is one of the most commonly grown varieties in the world.
It produces medium sized fruits of elongated shape, deep, shiny, violet coloured skin and a distinctive flavoured flesh.
Feed as you would Tomatoes. Aubergines produce their best when grown in a greenhouse or tunnel, however, they can be grown in a sheltered, sunny spot in your garden or in a suitable planter.
They are suitable for and grow well in grow-bags.

Asparagus Pea, also known as Winged Pea, is an easy to grow, unusual vegetable with a unique gourmet flavour with just a hint of Asparagus.
It compliments virtually any savoury dish. Cook whole at approximately 3cm (1in) long, steaming is best, and serve with melted butter.
Asparagus Pea can also be used in the border, ideal as an attractive ground cover.
