Rocket has a wonderfully strong, peppery flavour with a spicy edge, perfect in salads, stir-fries and soups.
Rocket is a very English leaf, and has been used since Elizabethan times.
Late summer sowings of Rocket will carry on cropping into the winter if the plants are protected by cloches.

A real favourite in Italian cuisine, Chicory is usually eaten grilled with olive oil, or mixed into dishes such as risotto.
It can also be served with pasta, or be used in strudel, as a poultry stuffing or an ingredient in tapenade.
Chicory also makes a superb, vibrant ingredient in salads!
Chicory’s roots, after roasting and grinding, can be used as a coffee substitute or coffee additive.

Fruit Seeds – Tomato Mountain Magic F1 is the pinnacle of Campari-type tomatoes that produces exceptionally sweet, medium-sized, globe-shaped fruits with incredible disease resistance.
