Brussels Sprouts Plant Trafalgar F1 is an exceptional variety that produces heavy crops of firm sprouts with a delicious, extra-sweet flavour.
Trafalgar is a modern F1 hybrid, medium-tall variety and is usually ready for harvest from mid-December to March.
This variety also has intermediate resistance to powdery Mildew.

Plant Brussels Sprouts plants outdoors in rich, well-drained soil, in areas not used to grow brassicas the previous season and when the danger of frost has passed.
As Brussels Sprouts plants grow relatively tall and can be heavy, they need protection from wind and some growers choose to stake them for added protection to prevent the plants from being up-rooted.
Space plants 18 to 24 inches apart in rows 2 to 3 feet apart depending upon available space.
Brussels Sprouts plants grow best in a sunny location in compacted soil.
Harvest the sprouts from the bottom of the plant up as the heads develop.
Ruby Pak Choi Plant is a fast-growing and delicious oriental brassica used as baby leaves in salads or grown to form a larger rosette for all types of cooking and is particularly popular in Asian cuisine.
Pak choi, also known as bok choy (or Chinese cabbage) can be lightly steamed, sautéd or stir-fried so the stems retain their succulent crunch while retaining the delightful, mild flavour.
Pak Choi plants are also very healthy with a source of Vitamins A, C and K and, Calcium Magnesium, Potassium, Manganese and Iron.

Seed Potato – Charlotte – Second Early is a very popular second early salad variety producing pear shaped, yellow skinned, waxy tubers and creamy yellow flesh of first class flavour, eaten either hot or cold in many popular spring/summer dishes.
The variety Charlotte holds an RHS AGM award and is frequently found in your local supermarket.
Seed Potato – Rocket – First Early is a very early, heavy-cropping variety. The pure white flesh is quite soft and waxy. Harvest as New. Superb flavour and great when boiled, steamed or sautéd.
Onion Sets – Sturon is a flavourful variety that produces excellent globe-shaped, straw-coloured onions with light golden skin and delightfully flavoured, crisp flesh.
Sturon is a good choice due to its wonderful rich flavour, its high yield, and is well-suited to storing for longer periods.
Plant in Spring from March to April, and they will be ready to harvest in July, August and September.
