Garlic Bulbs – Vigor – White are a larger French variety that produces around 15 cloves with a superb, strong flavour and white to pink skin.
As Vigor doesn’t flower, all the energy goes into growing these very fine bulbs.

R. officinalis (Rosemarie) is a bushy shrub with a dense, leafy habit, to 2m x 2m but variable in size. Linear dark green leaves 1.5-5cm long have recurved margins and pale, felty undersides.
Flowers usually pale violet-blue and white. Flowering starts in spring but is often repeated at differing times of year.
Both habit and flower colour can be variable, from prostrate to upright, from deep blue to paler and white tones, pink or purple.
The plant parts, especially flower tops contain Phenolic anti-oxidant Rosmarinic Acid as well as numerous health benefiting volatile essential oils such as Cineol, Camphene, Borneol, Bornyl Acetate, α-Pinene amongst others.
Thyme contains Thymol, one of the more important essential oils, which has antiseptic/anti-fungal characteristics.
Basil leaves contain much health benefiting essential oils such as Eugenol, Citronellol, Linalool, Citral, Limonene and Terpineol, compounds known to be anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial.
